Pricing is important to you (and to us, too!). We want to deliver the best materials that correspond to your vision. We work diligently during the pre-construction phase to derive working estimates with your vision and budget top-of-mind.
We never lose sight of our leadership role by advising you where you may be wasting money and where money is better spent throughout your renovation.
Pre-Construction
Before we begin construction, you will approve your floor plans, select finish materials and have a detailed scope of work that shall be undertaken on your home! Once everything is approved we order materials and selected items in order to have them readily available prior to the start of construction. This alleviates possible delays, locks in pricing, and sets up a successful renovation!
With architectural and design drawings approved, we are now ready to bring our team of specialists on board to complete your project with the utmost professionalism, and high-quality standards working towards a predetermined and approved timeline.
Our mission is to deliver a high-quality custom renovation while providing a 5 Star experience for our clients. Our approach is to delve into your requirements during the pre-construction phase. We determine all details, whether big or small, that may impact your project's budget or cause delays to the renovation timelines.
During Construction
We are always available to answer your questions, and we are renowned for our commitment to open communication and transparency. We have been told that this approach has alleviated many nervous days and nights as we are there to provide proper guidance and advice to your renovation.
It does not escape our attention that this is probably the largest out-of-pocket investment you have made and that this may be your very first reno.. so you probably have a lot of questions. We make our best effort to alleviate any concerns by communicating with you daily on the progress of your home.
