The Problem
This home was purchased by a new owner and it had not been updated in many, many years. The house did not stand up to the new owner’s vision or design style. The basement was cut up into small rooms that needed to be opened up to give better flow from front to back. The bathrooms were extremely dated. Although the kitchen cabinets were in good shape, the remaining aspects of the kitchen needed updating such as countertops, grout, and paint. The floor was in need of significant repair.
The Solution
From structural opening up in the basement to new bathrooms, new tile, new windows, to redoing the shingles on the outside, everything was done in new except for the proverbial “kitchen sink” [and cabinets!]. We repaired and refinished the floors where needed and added carpeting in the basement and tiling in the foyer.
